I am so effin sick and tired of hearing about Jon and Kate every time I turn on the damn TV or radio. Who gives a flying F? Both of those shitheads should be neutered and hand their kids over to CPS. It would be one thing if she was hot or he had a brain. You had eight kids. Life changes. Go F yourselves!!!
This guy was in to fix our copier today. I usually don’t like to post about work or work related items but this was too good to pass up. I am thinking he perms the back for the curly look.
Woke up last night to MDub punching me in the back just below my neck. Out of the blue, I wasn’t inciting it, it just happened. This event would typically not wake me but last night it did. Woke up enough to ask what the hell she wanted and didn’t really get a response worth remembering. To top it all off it was at least an hour before I fell back to sleep. Good times.
I managed to squeeze in a couple racks of ribs and a whole chicken on the grill the past two weekends. Warming up for the opening weekend of college football and the pulled pork. It was difficult to get a good shot of the chicken given the lighting inside. The ribs and shoulder turned out well due to natural lighting.

Officially summer is fast approaching and our plans seem to be taking shape. We went on our first cruise a couple weeks ago and had a blast. Never been on a ship that big. It was bad ass. There was actually one evening where I had a difficult time finishing my Guiness. Hard to believe I know. The Carribean was awesome and relaxing. Haven’t taken that many naps in one week since college. Congrats to the newlyweds- Jason & Nicole!
Our weekend in San Diego is coming up and it will be nice to escape the heat if only for a few days. Should be interesting watching Nelly say I do. The last of a dying breed but Heather is cool so it’s all good. She must not have heard all the stories from N’Awlins.
The ladies have a trip to Wisconsin planned in July and then big MW is heading to Denver for the 3rd wedding of the season. I will be laying low in Phoenix holding down the fort and hopefully bettering my skills on the wakeboard. College football is around the corner and then we’re into fall. The two things I hope for is Michigan football going 6-6 and that I still have a job…. maybe not in that order.
Finally hit my goal the other day. It’s been a long time since I’ve been under 190.
I haven’t posted in a while and for once it’s not for lack of content. The bachelor party trip to New Orleans (NOLA) was, well… a trip. The St Pattys Day parade in the Irish Channel was a real highlight. The rain only made it more interesting. Nobody in our group was arrested even though a couple should have been.
My latest batch of beer turned out real well. I’m looking forward to transitioning to all grain brewing by the end of the year. Rich will be growing hops at his place. Can’t wait to see if they make it through the season.
MW and I are eagerly anticipating our first cruise at the end of May. Should be fun celebrating the soon to be Hermanson’s wedding and our 10 year anniversary this year.
Finally, baby girl is gaining weight and eating more foods by mouth. She’s walking around now and starting to use sign language. We’re hoping she will transition off the tube by the end of the year.
